Our Concept Fit kids classes are designed to educate your kids with healthy habits all while having fun, burning off some energy and developing crucial movement skills.
This year we are moving to a 2 day per week program for 5-9 year olds and a 3 day per week program for our 10-15 year olds.
Our 5-9 year old class will incorporate a lot of games as well as some gymnastics and conditioning.
The 10-15 year old class is all about building a strong functional movement base and introducing some more technical movements with a heavy emphasis on form and technique.

Spaces are limited and registration can be completed on the bookings page. Active kids voucher accepted but registration with this will have to be completed at reception.
