Concept Fit sessions are total body strength and conditioning workout which aim to help you improve in all domains of fitness.
Classes will see you work on strength, power, aerobic capacity, agility and flexibility.
We achieve this by constantly varying functional movements such as gymnastics, weightlifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, running, rowing and riding all whilst executing these movements at a high intensity.
Our coaches are at the core of our classes and if they aren't coaching, you will often see them training right beside you!
This class is all about becoming the most prepared you can for anything life may throw at you; Physically and mentally.
