Medium Intensity

Run Club is a running based workout, coached by Scott Hingston. The sessions are structured to work on all styles and forms of running from distance to intervals and hill climbs. The purpose of Run Club is to help you become a better runner. From breathing to cadence tips, we aim to educate and assist you in running not only faster but with better technique to increase longevity.
All sessions are planned smartly to challenge everyone within the group regardless of their fitness level so that at the end of the session, everyone has worked equally as hard and no one is left behind.
