We recommend 10 minutes in the Ice Bath.

Therapeutic tissue temperature is 12-15 degrees Celsius. For this reason our baths are set to 12 degrees Celsius.

It is a requirement that all members shower before getting into the ice baths. This is purely a rinse off and soap is not required.

We recommend you do not shower after an ice bath as it can reduce the positive effects. If you do need to take a warm shower, try to wait at least 30 minutes after your ice bath.
