Medium Intensity

You will hit every muscle group, shed calories and build lean muscle in this class which incorporates all different types of equipment.
Body Fit is a fast paced workout similar to our Concept Fit class but without the complex movements such as Olympic lifting.
This class will have you working all the right areas with a mixture of different exercises from bodyweight to weighted using everything from kettlebells and slam balls to bars, rowers and ski ergs.
